At Helicentre Aviation, our students and graduates have gone on to work across a wide range of sectors within the industry, each offering unique experiences and long-term career progression.

Some pursue careers in Air Ambulance Operations (HEMS), supporting critical medical missions and saving lives. Others move into roles with the National Police Air Service (NPAS), flying missions that support public safety, surveillance, and search and rescue.

Graduates also progress into the Oil and Gas industry, offshore wind support, aerial surveying, firefighting, charter and private flying, and flight instruction. Becoming a pilot opens the door to an industry with diverse pathways and opportunities to specialise over time.

Not everyone is able to commit to pilot training on a full-time basis from day one. That’s why Helicentre offers both Integrated and Modular training pathways, allowing you to choose a route that fits around your lifestyle while working towards the same professional qualification.

Whether you opt for a structured, full-time approach or a more flexible modular route, training is available at both our Leicester and Oxford bases, with the same high-quality instruction and facilities at each location.
