Helicentre Aviation Awarded National Gas Contract

Helicentre Aviation has been awarded another long term contract to provide aerial surveillance for the UK national gas network.

The five year award is for the largest on shore aerial surveillance contract in the UK which has been operated by Helicentre for over 15 years.

The new contract with National Gas will continue to provide excellent opportunities for Helicentre Aviation Academy’s graduate professional pilots and technical crew to gain invaluable experience in the industry.

Helicentre operates a fleet of 7 mission specific Robinson R44 helicopters for a number of aerial surveillance contracts helping to protect the assets and integrity of the National gas infrastructure.
