1. General

• These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all bookings and participation in helicopter experiences ("Experience") offered by Helicentre Aviation(“we", "us", "our").
• By purchasing or participating in the Experience, the participant ("you", "your") agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Bookings are subject to availability and weather conditions.
• Participants must provide accurate personal information at the time of booking.

3. Validity

• Vouchers or tickets for helicopter experiences are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• It is your responsibility to book and complete your Experience within the validity period.
• Extensions beyond the 6-month validity period may be considered at our discretion and may be subject to additional fees.

4. Non-Refundable Policy

• All purchases are non-refundable, including due to change of mind, personal circumstances, or failure to redeem within the validity period.
• In the event of cancellation due to weather or operational reasons, your booking will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule a booking.
• Failure to attend a scheduled booking without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the Experience without refund or rescheduling.

6. Safety & Eligibility

• Participants must comply with all safety instructions and requirements as directed by our crew.
• Weight and health restrictions may apply; please call us on 0116 259 0186 to check at the time of booking.
• We reserve the right to refuse participation if safety is compromised or if eligibility requirements are not met.

7. Liability

• Participation in the Experience is at your own risk.
• We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property arising from participation, except where required by law.

8. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

The three-seat option gives your party exclusive use of the helicopter for the duration of the tour and you won’t be seated with any other passengers should you opt to use the ticket for one or two passengers only. One passenger from your party will be upgraded to the co-pilot (front) seat at no extra cost, but if you are flying with us as a couple you also have the option to sit next to each other in the back.
