Departing from London Oxford Airport, you will enjoy sweeping views of the city’s world-famous university architecture and the gentle curve of the River Thames as it winds through the landscape.
The exact route may vary depending on the weather and wind conditions on the day; however, the flight will typically cover the key sights surrounding Oxford. Highlights often include the BMW Mini Factory and Kassam Stadium, before flying over the heart of the city to admire iconic landmarks such as Christ Church, the Bodleian Library, and New College—all steeped in history and featured in several Harry Potter film scenes. You will also catch elevated views of the Natural History Museum, the Ashmolean Museum, the striking Radcliffe Camera, and the historic remains of Oxford Castle.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. General
- These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all bookings and participation in helicopter experiences ("Experience") offered by Helicentre Aviation(“we", "us", "our").
- By purchasing or participating in the Experience, the participant ("you", "your") agrees to be bound by these Terms.
2. Booking & Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Bookings are subject to availability and weather conditions.
- Participants must provide accurate personal information at the time of booking.
3. Validity
- Vouchers or tickets for helicopter experiences are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
- It is your responsibility to book and complete your Experience within the validity period.
- Extensions beyond the 6-month validity period may be considered at our discretion and may be subject to additional fees.
4. Non-Refundable Policy
- All purchases are non-refundable, including due to change of mind, personal circumstances, or failure to redeem within the validity period.
- In the event of cancellation due to weather or operational reasons, your booking will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
5. Rescheduling & Cancellations
- A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule a booking.
- Failure to attend a scheduled booking without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the Experience without refund or rescheduling.
6. Safety & Eligibility
- Participants must comply with all safety instructions and requirements as directed by our crew.

- We reserve the right to refuse participation if safety is compromised or if eligibility requirements are not met.
7. Liability
- Participation in the Experience is at your own risk.
- We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property arising from participation, except where required by law.
8. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

IMPORTANT NOTE
The three-seat option gives your party exclusive use of the helicopter for the duration of the tour and you won’t be seated with any other passengers should you opt to use the ticket for one or two passengers only. One passenger from your party will be upgraded to the co-pilot (front) seat at no extra cost, but if you are flying with us as a couple you also have the option to sit next to each other in the back.
