David Completes QCC in the Schweizer 300!

Congratulations to David Wright from Wiltshire who completed his qualifying cross country today in the S300 flying over 100 nautical miles out of Leicester.

Captain Paul Snook, one of the instructors who has been training David, was delighted to send him solo in the glorious weather after weeks of waiting for a suitable day!

The conditions were just right and David had a wonderful time landing away at two airfields by himself. It will soon be time for his PPL(H) test, after which David intends to go straight onto studying for his commercial pilot's licence and instructor's rating.

Well done David! Another milestone reached!
