CRM Course Now Enrolling For November

Need CRM initial or renewal training? Our next course is running on Thursday 24th November at Helicentre Aviation's Leicester base.

Crew Resource Management (CRM), or Cockpit Resource Management as it is sometimes referred to when it comes to single pilot helicopters, encompasses a wide range of knowledge, skills and attitudes including communications, situational awareness, problem solving, decision making, and teamwork.

CRM training for crew has been introduced and developed by aviation organisations including major airlines and military aviation worldwide. CRM training is now a mandated requirement for commercial pilots working under most regulatory bodies worldwide in an effort to reduce to human-error caused mishaps.

So whichever type of helicopter you're flying, this course will certainly open your eyes to the causes leading to accidents and incidents, helping you to learn from the mistakes others have made and avoid them happening to you!

The course fee is £195 + VAT and it will run from 9:00 - 16:00 with a very high-houred helicopter industry instructor and examiner who will certainly have lots of stories to tell and experiences to share. The certificate awarded will be valid for three years from the course date.
