Type Rating Courses

After completion of your PPL(H) or CPL(H) you may choose to convert to a different type of helicopter, allowing a greater degree of flexibility in aircraft choice or career options. Helicentre Aviation is a CAA approved Type Rating Training Organisation (TRTO) and can offer conversions onto a wide range of different helicopter types. The training course is a minimum of 5 hours and includes a theoretical knowledge test on the helicopter type and a Licensing Skills Test (LST).
