Helicentre Aviation is located at Aviation Park East, Bournemouth International Airport, within the Bournemouth Flying Club complex (next door to the restaurant), and within easy reach from Bournmouth, Poole and Southampton.

Arriving on Public Transport

Travelling by Train
Bournemouth Railway Station is only a 15 minute taxi ride from Bournemouth Airport. Alternatively there is a shuttle bus service that runs from the railway station the main terminal at the airport (the opposite side of the airfield to us and it will still be a five minute taxi ride around the outside of the airport). Travelling by Bus
A shuttle bus runs around Bournemouth then into the airport. For details and times go to www.bournemouth-airport-shuttle.co.uk. The shuttle will take you to the main terminal which is on the opposite side of the airport to us and will require a five minute taxi ride to the Aviation Park East.

Arriving by Road

GPS Information
The postcode for your Sat Nav is BH23 6NE. This postcode covers a large area within Aviation Park East, so once you have turned onto the access road for Aviation Park East you will pass over a long single lane bridge. After this bridge turn onto the first road on your left, this is our access road and will be signposted “Bournemouth Flying Club”.

From the “Aviation Park East” Entrance
Follow the access road into ‘Orange Zone’, and then the signs to “Bournemouth Flying Club” (first left). Once in the car park, we are in the blue building on your right - straight ahead you will see Bournemouth Flying Club Café.

From the North East or East
Take the M27 (becoming the A31) westbound.
Continue through the New Forest and pass Ringwood.
Turn left onto the A338 signposted for Bournemouth.
Take the first exit (after approximately 5 miles) signposted Bournemouth Airport.
On the slip road keep right and turn right at the first traffic lights.
Continue straight over the second set of traffic lights.
At the small roundabout stop following airport signs now follow to Matchams (second exit).
Then almost immediately the second turning on the left.
After approximately 0.7 miles take the left turn into Aviation Park East.

From the North West or West
From either the A35 or the A350 turn onto the A31.
Follow signs to Wimborne, then to Ringwood (if coming from A350 signs to Ringwood).
At the “Canford Bottom Roundabout” follow signs to Bournemouth Airport (fifth exit).
Continue to follow signs for Bournemouth Airport.
At “Chapel Gate” roundabout follow ‘Airport all other areas’ (second exit).
You will now pass the South edge of the airport seeing the runway on the left.
Pass the main entrance of the airport and follow signs to Aviation Park East and Matchams.
At the roundabout take the first exit, then almost immediately take the second turning on the left.
After approximately 0.7 miles take the left turn into Aviation Park East.
