Helicentre Aviation has a number of approvals from the Civil Aviation Authority for both the Helicopter Training and Public Transport (AOC) operations. We are also an approved Learning Skills Council provider meaning you could be eligible for a Career Development Loan of up to £10,000 to contribute towards your training. Below is more information about each of the approvals we hold.
The CAA RTF (Registered Training Facility) approval grants Helicentre Aviation permission to conduct ab-initio PPL(H) training from the following locations:

The CAA AOC (Air Operator's Certificate number GB2236) grants Helicentre Aviation permission to carry passengers and cargo for hire or reward on the following aircraft:
There are only a finite number of companies in the country with an AOC. This is a requirement if the helicopter is being used for charter, sightseeing flights and any form of passenger or cargo transport.
The Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation approval accompanies AOC GB2236 and approves Helicentre Aviation in compliance with Section A, Subpart G of Annex 1 (Part M) of Regulation (EC) No 2042/2003.
With this approval Helicentre Aviation Ltd. is able to manage the continuing airworthiness of the aircraft on its AOC.
Helicentre Aviation Ltd. is an approved BBC pre-vetted contractor for aerial work (filming and photography) since 2004.
